Shipping Availability

Carter & Coast currently ships orders within Canada. At this time, we do not offer worldwide shipping.

Processing & Delivery Times

Estimated Delivery Time: Processing time + transit time

Processing Time: 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday.

Order Cut-Off Time: Monday through Friday at 2:00 PM (Pacific Time).

Orders are processed during regular business days. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will begin processing on the following business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email when tracking information becomes available. You can use this number to follow your package throughout its journey to you.
